Consultations: Our initial consultation is intended to discuss your vision and property needs.
Project Approval: No work will commence until a formal contract is signed and any required deposits are received.
Design Ownership: All 3D concepts, plans, and designs prepared by Lightscapes & Koncepto Urbano remain our intellectual property until the project contract is fully executed.
We select materials and fixtures for their lasting performance. However, because our projects involve natural elements (plants, soil, etc.) and outdoor environments, final results may vary based on weather, maintenance, and site-specific environmental factors.
To ensure the beauty and longevity of your investment, we offer optional professional maintenance services. Failure to maintain lighting systems or landscapes according to our professional guidelines may affect performance and warranty coverage.
Lightscapes & Koncepto Urbano shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or website, except where prohibited by applicable law in Florida or Puerto Rico.
